	With its highly experienced team, Ekspres is active in corporate finance transactions such as equity offerings, privatization advisory, mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. Ekspres has a firm foothold especially in equity offerings (initial public offerings or secondary placements) due to its strong international placement capability. The team undertakes several tasks depending on the nature of the project including; identification of potential buyers and sellers, due diligence, valuation, preparation of marketing documents, coordination of marketing and sales teams, negotiations, applications to governing authorities and preparation of share purchase/sale and closing documentations. Ekspres was among the advisors to the Privatization Administration in block sale of 55% shares of Turk Telekom for $6.5 bn together with BNP Paribas, PDF and Deniz Yatırım. Lead managed international placement of Bank Asya, Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor IPOs and co-lead managed international placement of Denizbank IPO. The team also acted as buy side advisor in Tüpraş, Erdemir, Eti Aluminum and cement plants privatizations.
